The Refund policy for above hosting product is a full refund of the product price 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason or no reason, open a refund request from your account. Please note that cancellation should be within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the product amount as on choice of method such as Bank Transfer/PayTm/UPI.
*Cost of any third party software purchased separately with hosting and trial products are not eligible for refund (if any).
Please note that for Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Business Email Hosting, you can avail the money back guarantee only once and not applied for server abuse case.
Ex: Account used for mass mailing, account suspended due to nulled scripts.
